So I can't remember it but it's a doctor one.
Set in modern time and is MMC.
The only scen I remember is the guy taking control/handling the ER really well although he is a resident (I think hes not a full fledged doctor or I think they expected him not to do well.)
The reason for being able to handle the ER so well was because he had lots of experience in a prior ER.
By experience I mean he was the one in control before he moved to that hospital.
Also, I don't think he had defining characteristics like really bright hair.
This is so cute and nice and fluffy. And then I see the comments complaining it's mid or boring or bearable. Like do you want the twink bottom ml to be tortured and shit and the top to be abusive like every other yaoi. This was a fucking breath of fresh air from the yaois that have a a whole season dedicated to miscommunication or chapters that are straight up abuse/r*pe or even just smut chapter, which I can appreciate but holy shit dude, move on. I don't understand why you would complain about something thats not your taste.
I only remember that it was a doctor type webtoon set in modern time. I don't remember if he went back in time, second chance at life, somehow was given the knowledge, or was just naturally smart but he was somehow really good at his job.
I don't remember what position he was at this point in the scene I'm about to explain; basically he was assigned to manage the emergency center or something along the lines of that and the person who told him to do that wanted and expected him to fail but he didn't and that surprised everyone.
I think it turned out that he was experienced or had done that type of work before either in in the past or it might e been in another past life (not sure if he had that second chance trope)
please help me find this, I binged a whole other one thinking the scene would eventually pop up. (It didn't)
The mentions of war makes me think she's gonna be involved somehow.
Example:
They are enforcing military drift for every family and she sneaks in, in place of bruner, that lady's husband (Mulan type shit).

When she does somehow end up in the military she'll become someone high ranking, or not, and sheel meet that fucker of ml.

I don't know the name of this manhwa is and I only remember a few scenes. What if do remember is that the sister, who's the mc, and brother were drinking tea at this tea party event thing and they were both poisoned through it. The sister is the younger one and I remember she recovered first, to a degree. Once she 'recovered' she helped her brother with her ability. I forgot if she hid that ability from people or not. I think I'm crazy or remembering the wrong scene from a different story. I thought there was a scene prior to this poisoning where the sister and brother were both poisoned but they were drinking tea outside during a tea party event. I swear I thought it happened in this story, does anyone know what story it actually happened in or if I made it up.
I know I'm going to sound crazy but, 'The secret life of a certain counts lady' has the same plot to this other one I read and the cover was the same (I think). The plot is the same ( I think, I only the 1st chapter to the certain counts lady) but in the one I'm talking about shes already a knight (secretly) and she was told to marry the ml (an arranged marriage). Am I crazy does the one I remember actually exist. I swear it does. One of the scenes in the one I know, is them riding horses (Including the other knights, not just them) in a parade (I think)to protect ml or crown prince. She has brothers. Also she's a more serious person in the one I'm talking about. Does anyone know the name?

She's a child when the story is told, originally, she was an orphan but was adopted, and it's believe she was his his long lost daughter / one night stand child due to the similarities between them but it's actually her uncle and her mother was his his cousin, she calls him dad either way. He knew she was related somehow from the beginning due to the fang thing they have. I do not remember the name

The fl was backstabbed by her group and kinda left for dead, she was overworked and made to feel as if she wasn't doing enough when in fact she was doing a lot.
The ml (I think it's the ml) came across her when he needed to purchase potions. She accompanied him on his trip because I think she needed to go to his destination too and he could protect her. So in exchange for her care and food, he would protect her on this journey.
At least I think it went like this. I forgot if they were headed the same way or she needed to get somewhere and he offered assistance.
