A much as I like this story, and I do!, it does occur to me that the author was a, kidnapped, b, forced to relive the same events multiple times, c, met with heart break and failure when she did try to change it, and d, actively insulted when someone new finally showed up to help her change things.
And why were all these things done to her? Oh right, she wrote a fictional story with a Mary-Sue protagonist.
Also, if this translation is accurate, she was a highschooler (or at least very recently one) who was kidnapped, imprisoned and insulted by grown ass women.
No wonder she snapped.
Pretty sure if Rhyse had a, tried to bring someone to play Edith in sooner and b, been more discerning in picking who, we could have avoided all of this. (Don't bullshit me, that first woman was the one who decided to keep torturing the author and Cliff. She was never the right choice for this job.)

I'm not even sure that's it, I just find how she has the perfect plan for every situation uncanny. Yes she has foreknowledge, but that doesn't really cover the perfect strategizing.
Honestly, everything kinda of feels like an ass pull with post hoc justifications of 'marketing experience' and the foreknowledge. Like they're excuses rather than actual character traits.
Just find it weird.
