Nahhhh its assssss. Trust. I dropped it halfway through. The pacing and the way the storyline is progressing makes no sense. Genuinely never felt so lost reading a story.

I tried rereading it and still didn't find any appeal in the characters. There is a lack of formatting in the story as well as inconsistencies throughout the entire premise. For a story to be comprehensive, you need to have clarity, which the author clearly lacks. I can agree that the concept itself is interesting, but due to the author's poor writing skills (which is disappointing in comparison to "Pearl Boy"), it lacks any appeal.

Honestly I really like the story telling, it’s very interesting and unique. And both of the love interests are interesting as well. I couldn’t stand pearl boy bc of all the gang rape scenes.

Definitely depends on your tolerance for dark themes. I like the characters and the story, neither of them are angels but it’s good storytelling imo

There are people who like slow burn man. If you think it's taking too long for "something to happen" js read something else. A lot of people wouldn't want the parts from the novel cut

Don't need to be sensitive about. I'm not gonna stop reading it, and for me PERSONALLY they're parts in the novel that are unnecessary for the plot or whateva. It's up to the author not us, I still like the story very much
