In the main story I faintly remember during his pregnancy with byul the dr said something abt him not being able to have kids anymore and this pregnancy was kinda a one off fluke. I remember this cuz he said that means we dont have to use condoms anymore. So how in the helly do they have another kid now???? Am I missing something

Just like in real life, there are couples who have difficulty getting pregnant and they are told that the chance of pregnancy is unlikely. that does not mean that they cannot get pregnant. So due to different circumstances, it can happen to get pregnant anyway.
The doctor only said his uterus shrunk really bad/shrunk bcs it got damaged after not getting enough postnatal (?) postpartum (?) care so there were little chance of having another baby. That's why it took so long before they had Luna, his uterus might've healed after a long time of treatment, plus he's pretty young so recovery is faster.

I have been screaming and crying this whole chapter oml this was genuinely so unpredictable and the tension was thick af. This chapter is an extremely satisfying end. I feel like jay has already won in many things and proved himself but this victory was meant to be for vinny, it would be wrong if it weren't.
