A manga so good you know it's name to this moment, you don't need to go figure out what it was called. So good that when thinking of the word 'manga'(or webtoon) its images or plot come to mind. So good it left an impression on you that you kept thinking about for days.
(Or so bad it fits one of the above requirements.)

So did you drink enough water today? I sometimes forget it but it's important to remind that.
Did you skip Meals? It's fine sometimes but make sure to have energy!
Did you sleep enough? No one does these days but this isn't an Excuse! 8 hours is a must
Did you walk around/exercised? Sitting or not moving enough causes a lot of weaknesses and problems starting from now to your death :( Try to go for walks and be careful about your posture
When was the last time you did something you loved that required producing? I know reading manga is fun but art, cooking & science is also fun! Let's try to do both!
Lastly, self care is important. Sometimes you feel like not brushing your hair and teeth, not showering or clipping your nails... Don't go on like that! Get some fresh air and take care of yourself! Tidy your house, if it's too hard get help!
Remember everyone is precious, you are precious. I don't know you but some people do! And some people love you. Now go get a proper sleep...
Tips: Don't start an awesome and long manga before sleep, read a short one and stop for the time being!
