It’s a fun refreshing story but the male gaze is really forcing it there…kinda breaks the atmosphere and removes the reader from the narrative
Saying he will kill every human because they killed chloe was understandable at the start but then he just kept being unnecessary. With the witches he was talking about how only chloe gave a human child a chance and saved him but he himself doesnt thibk abt chloe’s legacy. Just killing everyone, both the witches and humans no end goal no nothing just fighting all the time
Dont care if he gets better dont care what he went through just want him dead hihi :)) hope he cries and hurts, as well as everyone else that just followed his words and beat up innocent people

From what I remember it's not like they're hiding it (MC said so to her library friend), it's more about her wanting to tell her friends personally but she can't seem to find the right timing cuz her friends keep saying she's an angel or that she's too innocent. I think by now she got too used to "hiding" it so it may take a stronger push to come out clean
