i'm trying to recover from s/harm addiction, s/cidal tendencies and a/rexia. whenever i feel like shit, i take my boots and go in the forest for a walk.
when i can't go outside, i just gaze at my plant or photos of forests i found online. it's really reassuring and most of the time it makes me feel better.

but sometimes, it's just boring or annoying.
