I tried to read bc the art is great and the kids are adorable but ignoring that fuck-ass deadbeat mom giving up on her 8yo kid and living in lalaland with other kids is repulsive.
it's BARELY adressed and MC is just going with the flow, even tho he lived a hard life and lost his grandma too ... WHO HE HAD TO PAY FOR AS A LATE TEEN/YOUNG ADULT!
Nah, this is like those stories where shit parents get a pass bc the MC is badly written ...
Enjoy y'all I guess
It was slightly addressed that the mom left him because she got cursed and targeted by the bad guys. So she was worried that might harms her son (MC).
But because of something that only MC can do, his mom make him the director of the kindergarten.
MC still does not forgive his mom, and he is trying to climb more floors to find out more about his mom's intentions.
Genuinely the only reason I can't read this. I just lost my mom in February and seeing this kind of person and all the people around him just going by not knowing the life he had and even reprimanding him for not being like his mom or 'better suited' makes me want to scream or sob, or just join my own mom cause it's like my relatives giving empty condolences all over again but different in his case as they're mourning a person that abandoned him without an explanation, even if the excuse was good, it doesn't erase the hardship and feeling of being the reason they left.

Ayo grandpa
You good in that last panel ? (⊙…⊙ )
