Okay I keep on thinking if I should go to therapy or something cause I keep wishing myself to d1ē or even thinking how to hurt myself. But at the same time I afraid to die. I wanna do so many thing but again I afraid to get out my comfort zone to try it. I tend to jump from high place starting from my cupboard to my roof. I thought it was normal since I have this kind of thought since like 7 yo but when I scroll on TikTok many people claim it a very dangerous red flag.
Yeah it obvious but my brain doesn't want to accept the fact cause ughh maybe because my brain have a very late development as I live my life. I do need therapy cause this is not a place for my fking ramble on what in my brain but Im sorry I don't have enough money to go to therapy yet. Please forgive me. It s sleep paralysis maybe. I had it several years ago for some time ( maybe for several months). I heard voices in my sleep but i was conscious, i knew that i was sleeping but i couldnt make myself to wake up and open my eyes. The voices in my head were screaming very loudly, it was scary. The only thing that helped me is that i forced mysel to move my finger, only after that i woke up and it got over. The reason for sleep paralysis was my habit to sleep at noon.
Uhuhhh so let see so it maybe two things right. Either sleep paralysis or hmmhmm hmm hmm.. I thought sleep paralysis like stop us from moving around while we are sleeping while our brain is wide awake tho. And sometime just sometimes I do thing while sleeping I mean how do we said it sleep walking, talking, calling someone, umm randomly open a window and so on. Yes maybe I need to see a doctor. I'm not so superstitious but I do believe in those thing so whenever I get a feeling I might walking around I just tied myself to my bed. Sleeping paralysis is not something a big deal, it can be just because of bad sleeping habits, for example if u go to sleep to late, or when u sleep for long like more than you need, or when u sleep at daytime.. so once u fix this it ll not happen again i think

Yeh i totally know how you feel bro, the voices in my head sometimes were random , sometimes were specific and there was my name too sometimes , it was long ago and i dont remember what exactly they were, but it was very scary , but never try to find a meaning to it, it s just your brain chose your name to repeat it, nothing more. Go see the doctor , maybe it ll be cured faster with a doctor. I didnt visit any doctor, i just stopped sleeping at noon and it didnt happen again
Yeh u know the brain remembers stressful and negative things better than the rest. Hearing your name probably was the most stressful for you so your brain was stuck on it and now it repeats it again and again.
