I also like a good enemies to lovers because it implies they both respect each other as individuals but have different opinions/goals/interests. I didn’t realize this was ongoing but V2 does a great job of showing how relationships don’t just fix everything. Miyabi is still struggling and Haruto is still trying to do everything for him. They both need to grow and become more comfortable and reliant on each other. I’m glad that they were able to communicate their feelings and I hope we will see better communication in the next volume.
I did check and volume 3 is still ongoing in Japan (2 chapters so far) so we likely won’t see it anytime soon.
Yeah. It's realistic too and feels natural. Haruto saved Miyabi, took care of him... Plus there's precedents of assaults. Being alpha he prob thinks it's his duty to protect Miyabi and provide for him to make him happy. It's not his intention to make Miyabi feel bad about it but it does come across as "dw, if you fail, you can't always count on me". While Miyabi is the type that hate being dependent to others so Haruto excessive providing naturally irked him imo.
