actually if you do wanna try a breathing exercise which is super efficient try doing atomach vacuum about 3-4 sets (takes about a minute) numerous times a day it helps shed off visceral fat from the stomach area and it's super effective. Also try some breathing yoga exercises. You may not lose weight but they'll be very useful in the weight loss journey.
