So guys I’m becoming 18 this Sunday and I was pretty excited about it. Most of my friends are on vacation so it will be a small party with around 10 people. Today I went shopping with my dad and his friend and bought decorations! My dad told me to go ahead to home so he can bike with them to home. It was raining and I was out from 12 to 9 so I was tired, but in a good mood cause I got things I wanted. I just went upstairs to my room and read manga. He came back, he saw that I did nothing to clean up, including the dishes cause I didn’t bother to check the kitchen and went directly to my room. (It’s 10:30) He started complaining about me while cleaning the dishes, how lazy and messy I am and I could never help a hand to him, he can’t trust me to do stuff etc. I started to feel bad but didn’t say a thing cause It often happens. And then in a span of 30 minutes He said 4 times “that’s why I don’t want to have your birthday party (at home). After that I got so sad I started crying. He still went on for a bit and now yeah. During that, I even thought “what if I kill myself tomorrow haha, then you don’t have to host my bday...

You should check your weight according to your height and age in BMI calculator to be sure. Like in my case my ribs are very wide so even if I'm not skinny at all they do protrude outwards, but use the BMI calculator to know whether you're healthy or not
if you eat normal amounts of food according to your physical activity then I think it's just your body type. maybe you have an overactive thyroid which basically means your body burns fat fast and with minimal physical activity. Idk tho I'm not a doctor and I don't know your circumstances. what I do know is that different people have different body types and they're all beautiful. make sure that you stay healthy tho!
yes? i mean everyone's bodies are build differently so some people might just genetically have more prominent bones. as long as there aren't other side effects related to malnutrition (like if you're missing periods, losing hair, fainting, etc.), i wouldn't worry. just remember to eat healthy lol :)

It really depends on your structure. I have a 15 bmi and my ribs only stick out a bit, but it's possible that someone with a higher bmi than mine's ribs may protrude more.
