Don't use any manga for your love reference. They are fiction. And as kanye said : dysfunctional. Even shoujo won't give you good example. Just because we overly conscious or having wet dream about someone that define us to like them. Hahaha. Nope nope.
Wet dream are just normal it doesn't have any relation with your crush. And about conscious about someone. We do that a lot in our life. We conscious if we dress normally or do good job. Usually because we want to be acknowledge like : in your job, your school. Etc. Don't take it too seriously.
There's no symptoms that can define "like like". Just go with it if your head saying you love someone

Yeah, I already been in your place, it's kinda hard sometimes to figure out if you are really in love with this person or if you just love him as a friend.
I will say what worked for me. Do you wanna kiss him? Do you feel attraction for him? Or you just think it'll be great to date him? Because feel attraction is a huge part of relationship.
Maybe you just think of him as a great friend. But if you are sure you like him as a boyfriend, say to him "I really like you". You'll probably get nervous, but trust me, if he likes you too, it will totally worth.

I remember how that was. I had an unrequited love for one guy for 7 yrs. From age 11 to 18 when he got married. He was older than i was also and i never said a word. I knew it was love because he made out with 2 of my sisters and i didn't even care i still couldn't stop thinking about him, watching him when i got the chance (our families were friends) it was a sad sad situation. I finally stopped hoping when he got married. My point is, I'm happily married with 4 kids but i still dream about him and then end up thinking about him. Maybe that wouldn't happen if i confessed and got rejected properly... just sayin. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

you remind me a bit of myself when i was younger. it was too embarrassing for me to tell even my friends about somebody my crush. especially since i was also girl "that wasn't interested in boys" (well it took me a long time to really become interested xD), so i always thought that they would make a fuss about it (and once i said one older guy was handsome and they did make a fuss about it XD).
if you are wondering whether you have a crush on him or not - you probably do, it doesn't have to be love or something deep. if you don't feel the need to be in a relationship with him or get closer to him than you are now, don't confess, wait and see how your feelings develop. my crushes almost never lasted long

rule number 1: DON'T use yaoi as reference. (⊙…⊙ ) they are not real and usually an overreaction for creation's sake.

it is a good choice to ask in the front boards instead. and that title LOL, you don't have to keep just for appearance's sake. eventually you have to talk to them about it sooner or later. it's best to discuss it face to face ^_^

also, who says that an introvert cannot confess? you can. you can express it through your action and try to befriend the guy. if you cannot befriend the guy, start with greeting him and do little talk with him every now and then.

the fact that you are worrying about whether you like him or not is a clue that you are starting to have feelings for him. of course everything could start as a crush but as you go on, it could convert into love as you get to know him better.

also, for now, don't stress over confessing. try to talk to him a little and see if you can be in good terms. there is a good timing for confessing.

Oh man using yaoi as a reference is absolutely no different than using a bodice ripper romance novel as a reference :D Lol or a shoujo.
I'd say get a little closer, if you aren't sure yet then give it time until you ARE sure...it sucks to go out with someone when you aren't sure, and then find out later you're completely not into it. Been there, done that. Couple times.
Plus he might like that you're shy and introverted because a lot of guys do.

At your age (I'm guessing early middle school?), friends are indispensable when it comes to things like crushes so you definitely want to talk to them about it. Get over the whole "not interested in guys" persona you feel like you have to adopt and just be honest with your friends about it. I know saying this is asking a lot of you since you've crafted the aloof personality (trust me I've been there and it's hard to break out of it), but you absolutely need to both for your personal growth and the deepening of your friendships. You're young enough that you shouldn't feel forced to be a certain way, so feel free to shake things up a bit. Your friends may be a bit surprised, but I doubt it would be a huge deal.

It's nice to have someone who knows you to listen to you and observe your interactions to help you figure out how you actually feel if you're still confused. Not to mention, they can help you by setting up situations where you and the guy in question get to know each other better. And, even if nothing comes of it, these situations are always great bonding moments with your friends. Coming out and admitting that you're just like everyone else, even though the Chuunibyou in all of us wants to deny that fact, will bring you guys closer together. Good luck!

Ahaha you're older than I expected! But that makes it even easier for your friends to arrange things for you. Since he's graduating soon, there'll be tons of parties they can help you get invited to and all that. The fact that he's going off to uni soon makes this easier and harder. If you're looking for a relationship, this just became exponentially harder. And, even if it did work out, would come with a whole slew of problems that you probably don't want to jump into so quickly. The best course of action for this would probably be to spend some time as friends, and then mention you want to keep in contact while he's in uni.

But, if you're looking for more of a fun experience/hookup...then you're in a damn good position lol. If you mention that you kinda like him and just want to spend a few weeks exploring that, then you're pretty much guaranteed to succeed, since he's in the frame of mind to make memories and leave no regrets behind and all that. But this would definitely be more temporary, so I'd recommend it if your crush isn't too deep.

Foreshorten the face and broaden the chin. Elongate the area of neck under the chin. Assuming the light source is from above deepen and elongate the shadows under the chin. The nose is an isoceles triangle of darkened shadow facing upwards with nostrils fully exposed. The shadow beneath it and under the eyebrows is intense. Eyes are crescent-shaped (corners facing downward.) If the mouth is stretched opened with laughter, only the upper row of teeth appear. The upper lip is stretched to a narrow line, and the lower lip hardly shows at all. It seems as though the laugh lines are more pronounced.

Gorgeous art: Ayakashi Mononoke. There are some female characters, but the main themes are based around Japanese Shinto folklore and stories of spiritual unrest.

I notice you haven't watched Samurai Champloo. That is another excellent anime, and quite funny as well as poignant and touching. It features a main female character, but within a platonic/business relationship two main male characters who join her for their own reasons (they can be ship-able in a fire/ice sense if that is a requirement ... or maybe more like a metal/wood sense.)

If you would want, One Punch Man is really full of action (the main character is not really considered 'hot' , but his friend is at least) Otherwise, you can always depend on sports anime (something like Free! only has one or two female MCs and has a really great style too)..

I heard that Owari no Seraph also has a really interesting plot (I have not watched it yet) and a lot of people ship the two main male characters together a -lot- , so it might be something you would like too..
