They all have strong female leads, but only the last two have the kind of fighter-woman thing you're looking for.
Ouran Koukou Host Club, Sennen no Yuki (she is physically very frail, but is a brave girl with a strong personality), Gokusen, and Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha. (this is a must-read).
Also, are male leads okay? If so, Ludwig Kakumei, Makai Ouji and Last Game.
Oh, also Ai Ore!: Danshikou no Hime to Joshikou no Ouji. Another one I would highly recommend.

It's cause the translators are buying the webtoons from different sites and putting them here (technically illegally)
So...does that mean there won't be kwebtoons here anymore?
Majority of the webtoons here were bought on lezhin, the official english publisher for these webtoons, these chapters were ripped off the website and then uploaded here. There were around 2 people who bought all these series and posted them regularly. So if they don't buy these chapters, or have money issues, or they simply don't want to share what they bought anymore, it is their choice to do so. But yeah it's def not because of bitchsan. Your best bet would be to follow scanlators of webtoon series so you can read from them.
