So it’s only right for her to assume that his points haven’t risen- it’d be more dangerous to take that chance when he’s defiant against romantic partnership
Because in the game, the love interest will confess their love and say 'I love you' once they reach 100%. Not only did Callisto not confess, he also basically said he's not looking for sth foolish like 'love' and chose Penelope cuz she's logically the best choice.
