Fortunately for me it ranges from 0-2, I don't particularly feel painful period cramps, my discomfort are from back pain, bloating and dysmenorrhea. I'm actually one of those that usually loses focus when reading a story without visuals but now able to binge read a fanfic with 500k+ words in days along with other short fanfics. I suggest look for the right sources, some Wattpad fics are bearable but AO3 has some hidden gems, some authors even published their works with physical copies. IG you j...... reply
