Not a good ending. 100% don’t believe if seme’s ex asked to get back together or even just have a one night stand, that he wouldn’t cave. He would definitely cheat on the uke if his ex gave him a chance. Mostly because he goes through 0 introspection until the last chapter shows us 1 line he said that is not shown to be believable through his actions. Iif the uke hadn’t freaked out while drunk on him, they probably never would have got together. Despite what the title promised, this was not a happy ending.

This sucks. It literally ends where it began. With the woman unhappy and unfulfilled, but putting on a smile because her husband is nice to her… but unwilling to try and resolve their issues together. He sucks, she sucks. Only Mayama deserved better, FL literally lead him on and made him think he might stand a chance.

Felt like the author was told to wrap it up, so it’s rushed. There are many loose threads hanging by the end.

I’ll be back when the MC realizes the ML was only using him to get close to his brother. Don’t care about it until then. Probably won’t be until either midway or end of season 2.

Was willing to give it a chance even with a cheating seme. But with the resolution being, even though it hurts him, the uke essentially saying “I love you so you can cheat on me whenever you want” was so unsatisfying. Like genuinely, how did the author think that was a satisfying way to resolve the conflict? Reading it further all I can think of is “okay, so when is he going to cheat again?”

2 stars because the FL started strong. But man wtf was that ending, like dude they started off so well and completely ruined it by gift wrapping the ML’s unearned redemption and giving it to him in the final chapter. He did absolutely nothing to earn it, actually he went backwards because he threatens the FL.

Side story already starting with 100% forgiveness ruined what could have been a half-decent ending. The ML needed to genuinely grovel and suffer more, we needed to see him work for that forgiveness that was implied may never even come. But the side story killed off whatever brain cells the MC had left. What a let down.

ML is the irredeemable type of rapist trash and the FL is so dumb that I’m surprised there wasn’t a subplot about her forgetting how to breathe. The author didn’t even TRY to make it believable that she would fall for him. It just happens randomly because “plot” needs it to.
