i sorta get it but at the same time, this time the villainess actually really was a bad person, and we don't know if the prince had anything to do with her murder, so it doesn't seem like he did anything particularly nasty or unfair to her in her last life, he was just reacting accordingly to her actions.
Did you not get the part about how she was selfish, self centered, dumb, jealous, stupid and ignorant before falling in ill. He was right to be wary of her foolish nature. She was in position which carries a great deal of responsibility. He himself was a responsible person who loved his kingdom. A girl who can't understand her soon to be position was a burden. He was giving her benefit of doubt because she seemed sincere and was ill. He could not take away her position of fiancee and expose her and her family to ill treatment to society because she lost power. From what I can see it look him a while to accept the fact she had changed for good.
I read the same story. Her being evil is irrelevant to what I'm talking about. I get the prince isn't evil but he's the cause of her death one way or another. Her death. I won't fault him for having thoughts now but I still stand by what I said. I wish they weren't involved in this new life but as cliche tropes get, they'll probably end up together.
I also stand by what I said. Prince could go rot. He did try to make it work but good heavens. He not even listening to new version of her. His way trumps all. And as to the first life Prince, he'd only kept the engagement as long because of her position and her power. Now, present prince is "intrigued." It's a personal issue but I just don't like characters like him.
But I keep coming back. It's so ridiculous but I like the weird characters and I rarely see a poly relationship that's this open to each other. They're cringe-worthy but I like it

I'd rather the uke go out with someone else then. It's not really nice to have your feelings returned in such half-hearted manner. I know they have their own circumstances but it's kinda toxic to always grasp at a hopeless relationship, which the seme is adamant at keeping. Let uke go out with others then. With his heart so broken, he might just fall for someone else (not ideal, I know, but I hate half-hearted attempts at love. It hurts the other person so bad and they deserve better)
I just wish it had less rapey shit. There are healthy omegaverse stories out there and I wish there was more :(
This is fluff that I like. I think the narration of the story is well-done. It allows for proper growth for the character. I just hope this isn't one of those mangas where it will be stuck with no updates for oblivion.
I don't like the power dynamics in stories like this. Never, not once, can the other party have fair chance against someone who obviously has influence and power. Of course we know uke will fall in love and it's kinda unfair when it's obvious, from seme's hints, that they met before. And, what? Why can't he mention that? At the beginning, seme already has the upper hand and uke's just being strung along.

yea i also feel the same way, i kinda hope maybe seme will get some character development and try to see uke as a person and not use money or the master shit as leverage in the relationship but the art is nice ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Not a fan of Hagi though which is a shame coz I liked Kohaku. I suppose there are people out there like him but his reactions and complicated feelings are just meh at this point.

I thought he was the most realistic person though.. He's smart and dumb at the same time.. I'll admit I didn't like him much at first but then he fell for Kohaku hard.. He even honestly admits about it
I just wish the MC wasn't such an airhead. Didn't even think how weak his teammates would be after removing that 20% buff. He was so used to buffing his teammates nonstop that his common sense is so warped. Not fully comprehending how OP his curse buffs are.
