yeah it was getting a lot of traction for a while but honestly for me the story became too depressing halfway in. like it definitely had potential. i loved it upto like 20 chapters. cause i saw potential in their dynamic despite the not so healthy nature of it because. but the angst got repetitive (chapter 44 was my last straw because no fucking way) and the ending was abrupt. i felt they didn't communicate enough and the author/artist was in a rush to finish it off at some point. So it was not the direction i had hoped it would go in. there was no closure or fleshed out resolution. The mcs (Yoo and Jiho) are actually interesting characters but again the story got rushed so nothing ever really pans out the way it deserved. I'm not blaming Jiho for veing the way he is, after all the trauma which left him unable to even seek professinal medical help...but that doesn't mean that Yoo had to be such a doormat about it. There was some major element which was missing in the narration that wouod have completed the puzzle made it a more complete plot. Maybe I'm angrier because I got too attached to them in the beginning (BIG MISTAKE) Because the story itself is interesting like from an outsider pov, objectively. But in the end, it was too little to late for Jiho and Yoo to become anything long lasting and worthwhile for each other.
