It’s a little different from the novel but don’t worry guys, from what I remember I think the twins got her back
( ò_ó)و they throw bread back at Ballsac or whatever that kids name is, and he gets mad and asks why they did that and they simply go “well you threw sum at tia so I just guessed that you wanted a food fight!”

I ship Pluto and Endymion and Hercules and Muto ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ it’s kinda hard not to from how Pluto and Endymion are the typical enemies to lovers trope while Herc and Muto are the cutesy lovers all in all I rlly like this story.
Also I love how the three dads are always like “she’s my daughter!1!1” but herc is just “oh she could be UR daughter!” He’s such a sweetie ┗( T﹏T )┛
FIRST OFF, why do some of yall not understand why she didn’t divorce him during that time? Why are u blaming her? This is literal victim blaming. Do you think in all her years of abuse that she’d be able to look her father in the eye and go “lol fuck you” she’s not some reincarnated person from the 20th century, she’s just a mentally abused kid who turned into a mentally ill lady. She literally cannot take care of herself due to her mental state and you wanted her to dip outta The house and for what? To die on the streets? That’s doing exactly what her father wanted her to do.
(May contain spoilers now)
Also why are you guys so mad at the ML for???? The father threatened to kill the baby and the FL along with a bunch of people the ML trusted and knew and those who supported him, AND he threatened to take away his status, without a status how is he going to keep Elle and the FL with him??? Plus when he was in his past life he had no clue on how to show love and affection due to how he was raised. The only reason why he’s being bold rn and is ignoring the dad is cause in his past life he was scared of that man and what he’d do to
people close to him if he didn’t listen to him. I’m pretty sure to him he was some devil in disguise pulling the strings and since he wasn’t experienced in being a Duke the dad had an advantage. We haven’t gotten pass this part just quite yet and the dad hasn’t made a move since he’s started treating his wife right. So he’s trying to do the shit he needs now as fast as possible before the dad takes notice. Just be patient and pay attention. Don’t blame either the FL or ML for something the father did. The father has a lot of social backing cause the FL’s mom used to be a royal so he can control their shit but I’m sure the the ML is trying to break both of them off from the dad.
Yessssssss
Its great ML is owning up and trying to do different because he feels like he could have done something
But he was also obviously being HEAVILY MONITORED, spies were placed EVERYWHERE like there's no way he would have been able to tell her the truth especially with his lack of experience
I'm glad he's trying to make up for his guilt because theyre definitely things he probably could have done but ML is definitely not the one we should be hating on
The dad is literally the problem, LIKE LITERALLY THE CAUSE OF EVERYTHING??? Like do people realize if the dad was out of the picture the first go round the duke would have tried to be more affectionate and at least be around her more??? Its kinds sad that they would have been happy of the dad wasn't an ass with power
I believe that when people say she could have divorced, they blame the author not the FL.
And like others comments said, the ML had other options. He lived together with FL, finding one single moment where he could explain her what's happening from his pov was NOT impossible, and would have changed everything for her. In the flashbacks he regrets only at the end, we didn't see him hesitate to sacrifice his wife and son for power (because that's the only reason he wanted to get along with the father). He didn't care about the consequence for them. If he couldn't give her love, he could have shown respect, and he did neither. Sure he can get his redemption, but people are warming up to see how he does that.
@Hare:
"But he was also obviously being HEAVILY MONITORED, spies were placed EVERYWHERE like there's no way he would have been able to tell her the truth especially with his lack of experience"
Lol, Reina fired all the spies, he had the power to do something and just didn't. He said himself that he made the wrong choices, he gave in to the duke's threat and allowed everything that happened within his own home, his absolute domain.
From how I see it people are literally blaming the FL they didn’t go “why did the author” no they went “why doesn’t she just divorce? If she was suffering so much..”
Also I see where you’re coming from, but I’m sure he wasn’t able to since there are literally maids and shit that the father planted into the house so he wasn’t able to do anything about it. I heard from someone that he did fall in love with her in that green house but the father forced him to act like he hated her. Also he didn’t sacrifice his wife and son if he did he would’ve let them die when the father got mad at him. And he was only allowed to grieve for her cause he saw what he unconsciously put her through. while it’s nice that he’s trying to redeem himself the main one who should be redeeming himself is the father. People are pushing the blame solely onto the ML saying that he should’ve done something but how is he going to do anything when those in power who supported what he did kept dying? By the time the ML had a chance to do anything the ones supporting him weren’t there so he can’t do shit in that situation. I’m sure he felt helpless as fuck.
I mean,,,if he didnt treat his wife harshly
The fsther literally killed people that the ML knew
He kinda didnt have a choice in the marriage
He legit said "no" and the dad was like "did you mean yes? Btw i killed one of your guys"
Do you think you'd want to take the chance of losing all your power, the only thing keeping your wife and child safe currently, because you tried to tell her what's happening?
He didnt know who the spies were after all and it probably seemed too risky
I mean, would you risk telling her and possibility lose the power to protect them and lose multiple close subdornites or just not tell her at all. Both options at the time for him would have probably led to him feeling guilty in the end, og timeline ml had NO CHANCE, no mstter what he did he was probably only going to end up having a hsnd at ruining his wife anf kids life
He is inexpierenced after all
Its a tragedy from all angles, a meek lady and a threatened duke
I do think the duke isn't entirely clean but with this new information i don't find him as damnable yknow
We’re talking about the past as to what he fucked up on. While Reina did that, back then they were both just young adults who didn’t know any better. Plus they were both afraid of the father. But after living once and going back in time they’re trying to do things right. What other choice did he have when the lives of people and those he loved were at stake? Like I said in the spoiler area the father was married to a royal so he had a lot of people backing him up who does the ML have when they’re all dead?
And what? let the father find out??? He literally had no way of doing it without the father finding out, and I’m 100% sure when the father finds out he’s going to do something about it. The Duke in the previous time line did have a had in hurting the FL but do you rlly think he could’ve fired all the staff and the father would just sit back and let it happen??? Especially when he threatened to kill his own daughter and grandson?? The Duke himself removing all the staff could lead to more people deaths if not his family’s
No he could not what are U not understanding?! He was inexperienced he was a kid do you realize that the him now isn’t sum person in their early twenties but a grown ass man pass the age of 40????? He was some random low ranking nobles son before he became a duke. He didn’t know any better but after living once he does
Obviously I'm not going to ask for spoilers
But isn't he doing the current timeline with an entire lifetime's worth of knowledge he previously lacked?
So is he just,,,,not going to use any of that?? And none of the experience helps him overcome his troubles now in anyway???
Just yes or no will work, dont need specifics of course but if he honestly doesn't then wow my boy DUM
What exactly is your argument Dafukanimu? "He could've been caught so he was right to do nothing"? ?? Maybe the fear of the father's threat should've taken a backseat to literally standing by and allowing him to invade your home and destroy your family. If the issue is that he surrounded her with spies, fire said spies and take back your home so she's safe at least there...
@Hare, the question isn't answered with yes or no.
He has memories, but it is his own power that he's always had that he's using to do things right this timeline. Unless you can point out some kind of future countermeasure he's taken so far. He's just been using his power as a duke. It's his own home. His issue the first timeline was that he stood by and did nothing with his power. His lifetime of memories helped him decide to use his power, somehow he didn't get the resolve up till she died and he was confined.

My argument is that he was literally a young adult who didn’t know what the fuck he was doing and didn’t know how to deal with the situation. He should’ve thought more about what was happening but he was too frightened by the FL’s father to do shit about it. What do you want this kid to do? Stand up to the father and what? Let his colleagues and his family die? If you had the choice of firing people but it people close to u and your family dies vs not firing people and no one dies but u keep being monitored what happens? If he fired those people then the FL would’ve died along with his unborn son and then what would the reason be for firing them when there’s nothing there for him to protect? The father had rights to do the shit he did cause this was back then and the parents had full authority especially with how people saw the FL they thought she was cursed so everyone thought it was appropriate that the father had a hand in their marriage.
"What do you want this kid to do? Stand up to the father and what? Let his colleagues and his family die?"
As opposed to standing aside and allowing the duke to invade his home with spies and his ex? Um, yes?
If the options are that his family is either unsafe everywhere or safe in his home, he should choose the latter, yes? Am i missing something here?
Bro do you rlly think they’d be safe if the spies were gone??? There’s this thing called assassins that the father used to kill people up to this point, as soon as he fires them it’s all over. Why would u sacrifice your whole fucking family and people who trust you and their family for a couple of spies???? The FL didn’t know about the spies she just knew there were people who didn’t respect her
Because he knew that listening to the duke wasn't protecting his family anyways? Did you even read the latest chapters? He knew the ex was there to hurt Reina. Being obedient wasnt protecting them. So it's safe nowhere vs safe at home and he chose to continue to do nothing and make things unsafe for her everywhere.
If ur just here to argue just dislike my post and move onwe’re just repeating the same shit over and over again and it’s getting repetitive and annoying. It’s not going through ur head on what he’s doing and the only thing u can say is “he should’ve—“ well he didn’t cause he didn’t know any better cause he’s not used to being someone in power that’s the bottom line, why are u blaming him so much when he’s not even the main cause. He did have a hand in it but if the father wasn’t there this wouldn’t have happened
Are you retaining anything I'm saying? If being obedient was to keep her safe and he knows that isn't happening, there is no longer incentive to continue to listen to the duke. Thats is and has been my entire argument.
That he was trying to counter the duke's scheme is irrelevant, what IS relevant is that the incentive should've been gone when he realized that the duke was going to harm her even if he listened. That the duke was still scheming and he knew is what is relevant, not that he tried to help her avoid it...
If ur here just to argue then I advise you just dislike my comment and move on, we’re going to keep going back and forth cause it’s not reaching ur head that the FL and ML just didn’t know any better cause they were literally young as fuck and just got to the position. The main one at fault is the father
Yes, he literally could save her as he is doing in front of our own eyes bud, that's the current timeline. The threat is still there. Also, don't tell me to leave when you aren't even understanding that what I'm saying directly counters what you're saying. We're only "repeating things" because you're thick.
Okay, I'll leave now.
Whatever man you just wanna argue I told u I saw where u were coming from yet you kept saying the same off shit “he should’ve this he should’ve that” in that situation I could only imagine it was hard for him to do shit with how inexperienced he is as a young adult. Now he knows where the fuck he’s going and what the fuck to do he didn’t back then that’s the difference. This whole conversation was u pointing out the “he should have”s please just silently read and and then make ur assessment cause if u read the novel you’d fucking know
Anywho, I totally 100% agree with you! He did have his ups and downs but he couldn’t help it with the situation he was in, ofc he’s still at fault for just standing by but people just don’t understand they he literally couldn’t do a thing in that situation ( ̄∇ ̄") it’s so easy to say what he should do but putting it in effect is...
Like why is the dad so mad at his daughter for??? She didn’t ask to be made (/TДT)/ You’re the one who decided to do the nasty and make a child. If the mother dies during childbirth then that’s not the fault of the baby who was brought to this world. The mom tried hard to bring her out only for her baby to be abused That’s so wrong (╬ ̄皿 ̄)凸
Y’all take postpartum lightly, holy fuck guys. You do know that it’s life threatening right??? This story is explaining it to the best of their abilities, yet you guys keep blaming the Mc, it’s not solely her fault, she had some serious problems and she was only 16. She was a fucking child, if you’re gonna get mad at her get mad at her husband too, he literally didn’t make himself clear and caused her to suffer on her own, and everyone in the house didn’t treat her like a duchess and for what? Her family name??? Come on guys, don’t blame her so much, yes she neglected her son, but at least she’s trying to make amends with him and isn’t trying to ignore him again. Better late then never. Y’all are straight up victim blaming ┗( T﹏T )┛ I’m not saying what she did was justified, but she had her reasoning. And she’s trying to fix it. She’s trying to get herself out of her depressed state and is even communicating with others AND EATING WELL?? The butler even said it’s been awhile since she’s eaten, so not only was she working with her postpartum she also had an eating disorder ╥﹏╥ her mental state was hella sever you gotta understand this is some serious shit

Richard’s past life is Phillip and the whole thing about Phillip falling for someone causing them to be cursed by a goddess is false, he tricked the goddess into thinking he loved her chasing her to give him her power so he can make Laotel(Ancia’s past life and the goddesses best friend) his despite her married to someone else (Blake’s past life) he uses uses the power to kill Blake’s past life(forgot his name sorry) and then locks up Laotel trying to force her to be his, but loatel says she only loves her husband and no one else cause she knows he killed him. I won’t get into detail but the goddess is dumb as shit, she pisses me off. She gets her self tricked constantly and then gets mad At laotel later on. Phillip hides her inside A dark door and even had his kin continuously keep her locked up so she won’t be able to reveal his sins. In retaliation she puts the words of what she wanted to say on Phillips children’s body Phillip was scared people would see it and kills his kids till he reversed the words and causes it to look like random swirls instead of words and called it a curse, but due to their contracted powers it causes great pain for the children. The goddess cries and cries for Laotel to save her because Laotel has divine light magic, she wasn’t able to so she passed on her magic to her nephew when she passed promising to save her one day. Anyways, Laotel was so disgusted with him that she hated him till her last breath. She put a stone slab at the bottom of a lake telling the small truth of what really happened, but Phillip put magic on it so attack anyone who saw it. Cue in The Novel Ancia who leaned over the lake and saw it after running away from the Cursed Prince. And the slab drowning her for seeing it, Ancia was the original holder of the divine light but in her last breath she passed it to Diana her little sister. But anyways Ancia breaks Blake’s curse with a kiss, but the curse comes back and Ancia remembers her last lives and saves the goddess who was stuck there for thousands of years and even gets mad at Ancia for being so late. She then tries to make Ancia help her kill everyone in the kingdom but Ancia says no since it’s not right and so the goddess accuses her of having fun without her while she was suffering. And makes Ancia give up her life for Blake which she lets her do, she spends 7 years with the stupid goddess during that whole arc and the goddess sends her back in her(the goddess’s) old body and tells her all men are like Phillip and that Blake wouldn’t recognize her, he did and fell in love with her again till finally the goddess gives up and leaves. Right now in the novel everything is all good but Richard is being sus as shit cause he wants to be the emperor and is even willing to kill the emperor and Blake.
Oh and the emperor loves Blake but kept him hidden away due to the nobles, plus he didn’t want Blake getting killed. In the og novel he dies cause Richard tricks him into finding this thing to cure Blake but he passed in the process causing Blake’s uncle (Richards dad) to exceed the throne. Despite being an illegitimate child born from a slave, Richard was the only one who could be the new crown prince cause one of his older brother is married and the other is too young (the whole family is trash sad past or no sad past they kept trying to flirt with the FL despite her being married
no offense... bruh u just said the whole story. others may not have fun countinuing to read. other people my lose interest by knowing the story without reading the novel. ( i read the novel but other people may find this boring it loses their excitement knowing the next and crucial part which is the main plot of reason for the story ) l
Oh no! I didn't think that you were being rude at all. I know you mean well for the people that don't want to be spoiled. I just thought that the original commenter did nothing wrong. (●'◡'●)ノ
The original commenter already put a spoiler warning but if the people that don't want to be spoiled still read it and then get mad for getting spoiled afterwards then.... ಠ∀ಠ that's on them and is not the problem of the original commenter. That's all. ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~

I’m hella interested, first chapter got me hooked
