I mean, there's possibilities.
1.Anna might be only drinking their blood and left afterwards.
2. He did slept with blood donors after he drinks their blood
It was not confirm in the manga (At least from what I read, idk if I missed anything)

From what I have read it was not really clearly stated whether he did sleep with others before uke, but his past shows that he drinks blood from a cup as a child so it is possible that he only drinks blood and doesn't sleep with his donors.
Holy crapa, this is really good like really really good. I’ll be honest, I didn’t have high expectations because I’ve seen manga with really high good ratings and totally flop for me but this completely blew my expectations with it’s plot and character development. He says that the longer the relationship went on the more he realized that it wasn’t right. Well a simple question popped up in my head, did Ryouji kiss her? I thought about for awhile and I think not because Ryouji is the type of guy to do what he wants to do. I like this manga but I really dislike what seme did to cope with his unrequited love, by sleeping and kissing a bunch of girls who were interested in him. Like hm bruh. Kind of leaves bad taste in my mouth.ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ . I know that it is supposed to be realistic or what ever but sorry, just because he has always like uke when he was sleeping with those girls doesn’t means he is forgiven by me. I would say some of the problems that show up are caused by him sleeping wit the girls too which makes it worse. Ah man, the more I think about it, the more I dislike the seme. I really like the interactions and the development of the couple too, man!! i think your right. so much of that was piling in his mind, it got to him. but i think the main problem was that he thought mg didn't love him as much as he did. he probably thought like you said, that mg would grow tired of him and give up on the relationship. yohan never felt reassured by MGs love for him, thus he started paying attention to his own "flaws". if you see, once yohan was reassured that mg loved him back, he started thinking positively and got happy even calling it the best trip he's ever had. so i think that was the main issue in the few last chapters.
I think your right. During my first read I was confused and passed it on as just sad that Yohan won’t be able to go to collage with MG. But during my second read, I could tell that their was more than just that. And it was only just during my Third time reread that I kind of figured it out.
