Just wanted to ask since the last time I checked somebody had said that by the end of February people would have all their data back, but are things like notes and summaries coming back? Along with the want to read/unrated stuff?
Only things that you’ve rated will comeback, anything that wasn’t will never come back.
there's no set date for when this glitch will be fixed. sadly when a hardware piece fries, it's harder and takes longer to fix than software does. the suggestion is to bookmark your stuff using google or firefox's (browsers) bookmarking system or a spread sheet to keep track of things until things are fixed.
Does anybody know if the comments that you could privately leave yourself under manga will come back? I started getting the stuff i saved from 2022, but none of my private comments are there

MISSING NOTES/SUMMARIES
- in a database, theres this thing called a table to group stored data. and in a database there can be multiple tables. the notes/summaries, and other extras are most likely stored separately in a different table so sometimes they dont get pulled back correctly on the first time (the system should make multiple runs to make sure all data is loaded correctly thats why this whole manga data restoration takes a while
so yeah staying hopeful
Does anybody know how far along the list retrieval is at? Like the year, just so I can have some closure and less stress checking my lists every hour
I heard that some who made their account in 2017 were getting some of their lists back but not all
last update on my 'already read' list is around 2021. will probably take quite some time before getting everything back

yeah the toronto datacenter has a schedule maintenance that if im not mistaken currently happening so it could be that but if we couldnt get back our lists from the beginning of the year i doubt we’ll get it back now. best thing is to mark down on another platform such as notes/myani/mal
