There are two possible reason as to why you are encountering this issue:
(1) The tab/page has been 'idle' for too long. If you are not interacting with buttons and hyperlinks for a while, the browser will load and display the cached site page, meaning what you're currently seeing is the 'downloaded for offline use'. Not enjoying yaoi I can definitely understand. I don't enjoy het. I don't enjoy a lot of popular things. We all have different tastes.
Not liking the 'existence' of yaoi though, raises a red flag to me. Because yaoi is the sexual portrayal of a gay fictional pairing. Sure, it's aimed at women, but it's still just two male characters in a relationship. So if you have an issue with it even being a thing, it makes me wonder why.

Hmmm it's true a lot of them tend to follow the same storyline (once I found two that had the exact same first chapter :/ ) but sometimes they're quite original / fun to read.
There are some series in which I don't see the point of an isekai setting, tho. Like, if you're not exploiting the "first life" of the character, what's even the point of them having one? That's what ruins it for me, tbh... *mutters* so much angst potential, destroyed just like that *mutters*
