The more you ruminate on it and shame yourself, the worse the binge will end up being. My advice is to talk to a therapist, a doctor, your family and friends, and stop chastising yourself for eating or for not losing weight. "Cheese In The Trap" for sure. Although I do not quite agree with the ending, it's still one of the best portrayals of a female character I have seen.
