The more you ruminate on it and shame yourself, the worse the binge will end up being. My advice is to talk to a therapist, a doctor, your family and friends, and stop chastising yourself for eating or for not losing weight. As a woman or femme-presenting person, you are expected to be self-sacrificial, ever gracious and unreasonably kind to everybody, regardless of how they treat you, especially to men.
The birth rate being a statistic that's measured and made publicly available to shame women and blame them for economic downturns.

"Cheese In The Trap" for sure. Although I do not quite agree with the ending, it's still one of the best portrayals of a female character I have seen. The story teaches you a lot about people and how to interact with them. Most people have probably read this, but in case you haven't, it's a ride!
