Only martial arts anime I've watched and know of are Baki the Grappler and History's strongest Disciple Kenichi but those are quite popular so you've probably seen them.
For Isekai I'd say Ixion Saga DT is pretty underrated and not very well known.

I dont remember the title I'm gonna tell u the story but I didn't finish it if u have seen something similar please write it
It's talks about a town where they have powrs
At first it's seem nice but it's the story of five maybe 6 kids who discover the truth the eldrs of town seal the power of the kids nd sometimes make them forget thing like they had brother sister so the sealing is in ceremony but when they kill it's with someone big cat so in that group there's a girl who had sisters and the killed them and the parents knew but they didn't tell her she don't remember well after she knew n the truth so the kids they have doubts they go off and leave the village but they return and they forget everything they discovered except the girl (who had her sister killed) and I think also the boy she likes remember after they try to remember well they discovered that sometimes their powers consume them and go berserk this is why they are not allowed to leave and they are the only one in the world like this so I stoped when that girl was chosen to be something cuz she seemed with good mind and didn't panic
