The thing about this is: is raw and hard to swallow but it resonates. We are beings with darkness and light and this story shows all that conflict. Also, we are beings os spectrum and every exaggeration is poisonous. We want to survive in spite of every wrong choice we’ve done in life and the MC, MLs… they just want to fill their own voids. It’s not happy, it’s not sweat, it’s just life and choice.
Unfortunately or fortunately they’re all scumbags… it has so much potential but it gave me the creeps

it's properly uploaded, but i don't know if it's finished.. it doesn't look like the story is completed, more like it's being cut off. It's not on a cliffhanger end, but it feels there's more story to tell.

It’s strange how much I like this and at the same time don’t quite understand some parts. Can anybody check if I’m right? Be kind, I am truly intrigued.
The ML loved his foster dad bc he brainwashed him and de MC loved the friend but understood that too late?
Do they enjoy hurting each other as a self destructive punishment for their aching hearts or there is more to it?
Why does the ML father put the blame on its kid? His father is just a huge fucker?
What about the recessive alpha thing with drugs and rut of the MC? Maybe bc that might be explained in the other work with the other couple, but this has no real explanation in this one. Is he supposed to have some kind of procedure just bc he is recessive?
And why does his scent seem to show with very little frequency? Is it supposed to appear only in rut?
The ML and MC don’t receive a pattern bc they are both alphas?
I think that’s about all my questions… the falling in love with each other part was a little hard to grasp bc of this doubts too. I mean, their freak is s/m play and licking each other’s wounds were all it took to connect their serendipitous encounters in the past to a loving relationship?

1. I dont think Dylan (the foster dad) brain washed colton. It's more like he was in a unrequited love with colton's dad and wanted to use colton to get close with him after his mom died. Also I think his dad is not really into him. They were in a abusive relationship. So he just emotionally depended on colton for love cause he looks like his father. (I kinda felt bad for Dylan ngl)
2. Yeah Damon loved his frd. But realized it too late. After their break up/fwb relationship ends, he falls into a pretty bad creative lump. It's that bad..
3. I just interpreted it as both of them trying to get over each other's crushes/love. But I do think they just dont know how to express it. So they ended up kinda hurting each other.
4. Imo, yes ml's father is an asshole. Idk why the mom died, I just assumed cause of birth complications or something since the author didn't go into detail.
5. Every author has their own omegaverse details ngl. Here, the recessive alpha is not a complete alpha. Their cycles are irregular and they need more stimulation. They also have pretty bad aftereffects. So most recessive alphas convert into betas after surgery. So yeah, since Damon is a recessive alpha, colton is surprised he didn't went along with the procedure. As for Damon, he didn't went along with it because his little brother awakened as a dom at very lil age and hospitalised. their parents already had their hands full with him. He also mentioned he wanted to wait and become a true alpha is possible for his frd/ex. (But that mf got together with his brother wtf. I havent read still i like you and I probably won't read it. So i dont really resonate with minjae. )
6. As for the scent, I think its maybe cuz of he's recessive so he cant let his scent out as he please. But I really dk abt this one.
7. Yes they cant have that mark since theyre both alphas :((( saddd.

Instead of wishing they become immortal together, I wish they could live together and die together. I really do think it would be more like a decision to go with its partner knowing their kids could make their own decisions, as they would teach them much more than they knew on their own
