I read every single chapter from start to finish. Man, what a wild ride.
First of all, if I am not mistaken, that dumbass Uchida and those students were the ones responsible for summoning Aono's mom spirit. I was confused and questioned why did she appear out of nowhere.
But why did the little girl's great grandmother wanna finish the ritual and push Yuri off that cliff? Was it to save the rest of the town's people or something? Also, if Yuri and the rest of the group didn't stop the ritual, the town would have been consumed by Aono's spirit, signs like the flowers blooming everywhere and storm just wouldn't stop. This shows just how serious the curse would have gotten all because of Uchida :) To think Uchida and those fakes friends all decided to blame Yuri for everything at first is insane :'>
The rest of the story is pretty straight-forward actually. The only mystery remains is that where would Aono spirit go after he passes on? Same thing with the that kid Sota. I think it's interesting that they both have to finish the ritual before dawn, specifically before 8.AM.
so no miracle at the end :'<<<
I had no hope from the beginning so it's not disappointing for me. I would say it's one of the best story telling I've read recently, and most of all, I just love how the author get creative with the rituals and how spirits are summoned.
I love aono backstory as well, and I dare say it's the highlight of the entire story. It was so tragic, yet it felt very raw with emotions. I hate his mom so much even though she was depressed :'< Actually, I hate a lot of other characters as well lmao like yuri's sister and Aono' brother ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ I feel like the author just draw them to make yuri and aono lives even more miserable (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜
And why is fujimoto here lmao he is been everywhere recently ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Hold uppp I actually dig this more than the orginal story ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
I think it's more cinematic somehow; like when they are drinking soju at the diner or when it's raining ლ(´ڡ`ლ) and because we already know they're together from the original story already, it gives more of a romantic night rather than a one night stand.
