Don't allow "Blood bonk" talk to you in a snobby, condescending, rude manner get to you and intimidate you. That's a sign of an insecure person trying to appear superior to you. Arrogance and condescension is always a sign of weakness. Make yourself some standards of morality.

İ usually start with hobbies and when they are talk about their favorite TV series etc. İ ask if they now anime or manga. İf they know connection is completed:-) i have tons of subject to talk about. İf they not just keep going like tv series, books, lessons (student usually hate Sam teacher, like same classes or even not you have argument subject now:-)) ,animals, cooking, languages .... İf it keeps going still akward still talk because you don't have another choice :-) sorry

ask for her number and bombard her with memes. also, im actually being serious because it works (at least for me)

ask her about her day.

Make them feel more comfortable about the school, like pointing out the good stuff, introducing them, giving them a tour, etc. Ask questions about her favorite stuff, her old school, what she likes and what she doesn't, find something in common between you two (in short, befriend her).

For me it's sleep, but since u don't generally have much time during these stressful times, I suggest getting around 20-60 min sleep; that much time works for me, it may work differently for you tho.

The point of this is to let your mind rest by not thinking of anything; sleep works best in that regard imo. If you think that you might oversleep, either set a few alarms or just simply close your eyes and think about something less stressful.

Music~ Piano compilation of my favorite artists. And breathing process or something. 8 seconds inhale, 8 seconds exhale or longer.

Take a good and relaxing bath, take a nap (or sleep!). I usually do these whenever it's hell week, and read notes first thing in the morning when I wake up (usually around 3-6am) they said that reading when you woke up helps you absorb the information.

Eating helps in relieving stress too, but don't over-indulge because it may result to stress eating and weight gain.

But yeah, sleep is most definitely an effective technique (at least for me!)

I avoid exam stress with writing a short simple note and then go to sleep. I'll study it (the note) in the morning araoun d 4/5 am and before the exam start. Work for me n i get a good grade but idk about the others
