So there's this yaoi manga/manhwa that I read before. It goes something like this:
the main character has this childhood friend who looked like a boy back then but he didn't know he was actually a girl. And that girl has a cousin who looks very similar to her who would end up together with the main character. (at the end there was this side couple where the one who tops is a hot guy disguised as a nerd who ends up getting with a dude who is the main characters childhood friend and Jack's off every Tuesday or something)
