Anyone else feel like the character motivations no longer make sense--Etienne and Rishar's dynamic has these weird mini-conflicts that feel fake, the queen is obsessed with Etienne but doing a terrible job of keeping him under her thumb, it's hard to see where this all goes, etc?

Nothing of that sort happened in the novel. The manhwa added unnecessary drama to extend the story. That is all

Ah, man, this is just too cruel. It wouldn't make sense for Enzo to get over the cheating just with a coerced bj, obviously he's too controlling, too greedy; but this is madness! Just how much you hate him to treat him like that? Saying those things!!! If Rian's only reaction is going to be 'keep your hands to yourself' after this, or worse, let himself be treated this way again and again, wow! This is fiction, yeah, I get it, but that's too fucked up even in a story. I'm not talking storywise, it's hot, it's not, it's wise, it's not. It's just cruel.
