Studying as soon as u wake up from napping or sleeping helps you remember a lot if you’re cramming! I also read my notes, rewrite my it, then check if I missed something, and if I did I memorize it again, then rewrite my notes. I do that until I’ve rewritten my notes almost similarly—works a lot for me since I mostly study social sciences
