Honestly just read your trashy bl stories, (as long as you can separate fiction from reality). If you read every single critically acclaimed classic you're not gonna get an award for being the most well-read. Gosh this has happened so many times it's kinda infuriating. Not exactly the same as your frustrations, but the first one that popped into my mind was Yoo Joonghyuk, who constantly gets mischaracterised as stoic, op ML when really he's got a lot more depth. I can partly attribute that to the webtoon as they miss out some interactions due to panelli...... reply
