Ian and Jo was never gonna be together because Ian heart was anchored to TJ. Ian never stop loving Tj, the same way TJ never stop loving Ian.Ian never truly could hold affection for Jo like he does with TJ in any normal circumstances because he doesn't have the privilege to because of the world he comes from.
