I find it interesting that so many have tagged this as "beautiful art"
I guess I am one of the few that hates the art. It doesn't make the ml and mc appealing. In fact to me - the mc is drawn to look ridiculous and stupid. I read up to about ch8 but dropping because of the art. Cant take it seriously.
I also find it hard to read mangas because they are black and white.
Please remember that this is one of her earliest works so give her some grace too, if you read some of her latest work you can see the difference and similarities over the years. But I can understand your point of view, looking back when I first read this in 2020 compared to now.

I actually thought it was drawn like that intentionally and people liked that style as its been tagged as "beautiful art". Its more abstract which is not a bad thing and it doesnt mean the art is bad or that its her inexperience. Im reflecting on my perspective and the emotions it elicited which made me dislike it.
My issue is with how the mc was drawn, he has this dumb pouty surprised expression on his face and its a look that makes him look stupid and too young, and it makes me really uncomfortable. That is what I hate. I find it hard to believe that the mc was drawn like this due to her lack of skills or inexperience.
I was kind of curious about other peoples perceptions, and analysis.
PS s he has drawn good looking ml/mc in her later work - and shallow me appreciates that.

i posted the question out of interest and for a discussion. Frankly if you are offended then you dont have to answer. Personally i dont enjoy discussions with retards who cant tell the difference between gipping and discussion and take it personally.

I laughed at the premise. Love the art. I thought it had potential.
