Right like damn it's ok to go slow it's supposed to be horror/romance . I love the novel so much and how it leans into suspense and I feel like the romance developed more naturally when it took its time

its probably not okay for the authors or this manhwa to go slow thats why its going so fast.
Also any spoilers? I LOVE SPOILERS PLEASE LAY IT DOWN ALL THE IMPORTANT PARTS AND NON IMPORTANT PARTS. is it a happy ending? i cant fathom how a apocalypse story can get a happy ending

The novel is a bit more detailed when it comes to the situations (like the interrogation part here was summarized. In the novel, how MC tortured the information out of the dude was more detailed lolol as well as them actually eating afterwards while planning)

I don't wanna spoil too much so you'd still get hyped but it's a happy ending! Just that there'll be a lottt that needs to happen

It's been a while since I've last read the novel but here's like some of the main events (PLEASE MIND BC THESE R MAJOR SPOILERS I'm basically summarizing each arcs that I rememberhwjs)

This plan succeeded because of the glasses guy, as well as using fireworks as a distraction to save the other sister (they basically lured the zombies INTO the chapel with all the noise) and a lot of shooting happens, they eventually escape and encountered the main priest and the other evil brother from the previous chapter and MC here throws the priest out of the window into a flood of zombies lol while evil brother killed himself (? That or MC did) bc he's way too devoted or whatever

Then the group went to the supposed safe house of the priest and it was a really peaceful arc! They ate, told stories, even got drunk, and MC and ML FINALLY get spicy here >:3 However, some deep talks happen (MC is suicidal and ML feels betrayed, there's a bit more) so both of them are emotional and ignoring eo


MC and ML eventually separates from the group, promising to reunite at the port. I kinda forgot what events happened next lol

The two eventually made up, and stayed at a mall (even went on a date bc it was pretty peaceful). Then one night, a family joined and they gave them food. Sadly, the father got infected and they all accepted their fates (the mother killed them all, but they were all willing to). Rlly heartbreaking bc the mother was asking MC and ML to kill her so she could join them in the afterlife :( They didn't want to tho, but then an landslide happened and buried her anw

After that, some events I remember is them just finding a safe place, abandoning their home (which was their car, they're very attached to it, me included bc that car was with them the whole duration of the apocalypse), meeting up w another group where a few betrayed them (MC was smart tho and the two left them all), them finding a school w some survivors and ML's stepdad (I think?), and this is where shit hits the fan


So they were all gonna escape the school since the ships in the port keeps getting delayed so they needed to hurry up. ML's dad was being a pain in the ass and panicked, so the gorgers were all up on him and screamed at MC to help him, even shooting the gun at him. MC and ML left him tho lol but then their guards were down and MC got bitten on the shoulder. ML was strongly in denial (he was just calmly treating the wound) while MC was like saying all the tips to get to the port, how lucky he was to meet him, etc. It was very sad :( MC wanted to get away so he could clear the path so ML could get to the port easier but ML wouldn't let him, so MC knocked ML out, left his military dogtag w him as a birthday gift, and left :(

Ofc, ML was absolutely devastated and went to find MC anw. He found him still shooting off the gorgers, but he hasn't turned into one. So ML carried him all the way to the port and reunited with the group!! With their help, ML was able to get MC in the emergency room. ML then went to convince the military that MC was immune to the infection (bc apparently, the military was searching for their previous soldiers. The soldiers were injected by a lot of vaccines, MC included, that's why soldiers were called to come to the port immediately). The captain finally agrees and then MC gets treated!! And a vaccine gets developed :D

There are side stories too but it's them living peacefully. Tho, both of them are quite traumatized and experience PTSD, they got that checked out by a therapist. Also, they're very spicy here lol


That's basically almost everything! Ofc reading the novel is a much much better experience so I recommend doing that, or waiting for the manhwa :3 Hope this satisfies your spoiler cravings~
