I'm reading this for the first time and am getting pissed off by both of them . Like if you finally got him to reciprocate your feelings, why would you gonna choose to pick up and disappear? I also assume MC knows how bad ML's condition is without pheromones from him. SO WHYYYY??? I have to pause on my reading for this for now.
Keep reading. It's gets better and the side stories are worth it.

I was always looking at pictures of yiho but it’s the first time i fully completed it. Id I understood correctly since Yirim is an orphan and Cheongho is brought up by his grandma their problems’ root lies there. The orphanage director was a good person but he had to make financial sacrifices for his skating career and it made him turn a bad person who manipulates yirim for money at the end. So he didn’t want to go through the same things with his boyfriend since he’d have to make sacrifices for being together with him so he left (it shouldn’t have to be two times though) and cheongho has seperation anxiety maybe because his parents leaving him being the cause but his boyfriend leaving him two times becoming the trigger
Now I KNOW his ran through ass ain't talking about slutting around. Acting like his body count didn't go up at least 12 in the past 11 chapters...
The MC is so sloppy. How tf does he get caught so easily within such a short time? Just wrap it up. I hate plots where the MC is found out early in the story; it makes everything feel annoying. It is especially annoying if the person who finds them out is smug and uses the information to gain something. Not my cup of tea, no hate ofc. (edit; I have not read the novel, if you can't tell from my commenting on a manhwa exclusive site. I also said no hate because I dont hate the work or the author. I used hate as a figure of speech to portray how much I dislike a plot where the MC gets their strength found out and is blackmailed really early on by somebody they are set to be romantic with. It's not what I was expecting, and so I stopped reading it and commented my opinion so others who may agree can save time. It's not as deep as y'all are making it out to be. It's BL.

He does make those trash jokes, but when Chase had his first rut he panicked.
There was no one there to help out. The pheromone shit is really serious in this universe, their dad fried his brain because of that and became emotionless. So he probably heard or read this stuff with dogs (I heard that in another story on another continent some stuff like this comes up too, and that doctor most likely also talks about it), so he got his dog. But luckily Chase passed out and they used an injection, and from another story I guess that their dad arrived ( their dad actually used injections in the past).
Problem is that Grayson later lied and used Chase's fear to make him go release pheromones. It actually should be explained in a few chapters. And Chase says something about Grayson's problems at the end of the mains story.
Grayson isn't actually as bad as most think, but he is a born manifested and that's why has some serious problems. He really wants to help Chase, but his logic and problems with understanding emotions makes the way he tries to help others sometimes really damaging as a side effect. The only thing he sees is the result that Chase releases pheromones, but he is blind to what it did to Chase. And it's not just Chase, it's big problem in general.
Chase really suffered because of the misguided help of Grayson and his twinster ( when they were children she was always involved) and the lack of affection of his parents, because of Ashley being paranoid.
So is this gonna be a "I thought you were like everybody else, so I treated you like shyt and sexually abused you" type of story with a "I figured out your heart is pure and I love you now, so let me make it up to you even though you dont care for me now" ending and somewhere in the middle a third party will go after the mc or the ml and try to seduce them. I'm gonna let it marinate and eat it up regardless so idrk.
