ok so 182's timeline is confusing rn, this is what i think
his number is 182 and has been for 22 years? but they said he looks really young for his age, and he doesn't seem 22... the info broker said the admins never reissued that number, and his identity was kept hidden on purpose by them, so then he's not 22???
he was once a kid with the other girl (maybe sister), seems like they were test subjects with the other kids (from the shower room? only he and the other girl had white hair but when meeting R.R. there were two other ppl w/white hair), then he was wearing military gear like a soldier in the desert, R.R. came to pick him up or something. is he older than he appears??
the person (could be R.R.) said 50 years have already passed; they are no longer the pitiful civilians you once knew, but that also implies that he knew them as civilians before, but R.R. states 'do you think the prisoners are a joke?' so were they always prisoners? maybe 182 was in stasis or a coma for a while? or maybe R.R. is just referring to civilians generalized and not specific people he knew, just saying that times have changed.
then it looks like 182 lost his arm (he still had it in the desert meeting R.R.)and then he was chained up missing the arm (the picture the backpacker showed everyone) so he was in admin custody for a while? he lost the arm somewhere between then, maybe R.R. cut it off? i can't tell if R.R. was speaking to him at the end or if that's what 182 thinks R.R. would think.
then he probably escaped into the prison. hiding for a while, did he pick up 182 or was he assigned it when he was with the admins, they know about it bc it hasn't been reissued right? but if they gave him that number/know about it did they send him into prison or did he escape, they're looking for him and he's avoiding them but what about the number?did he take it and then they covered it up while searching for him? i think they gave it to him when he was born/little tho. i mean it doesn't look like they're searching for him that hard, maybe it has to do with them learning that there's only 5 years left so now they're searching harder? but R.R. said backpacker has been searching for a year sooo... and it's a valid number bc he got new clothes when going to dante's class. could they not just catch him there? they have a way of checking somehow bc the info brokers know...
hayren was dispatched 4 years ago, 182 met him after he was stitched up around 2 years ago, something happened to make him want/need another arm. 182 was also still carrying around that bag.
182 ALSO has a connection to the hollow ones/gargoyles, he wanted to show the sweet potato to it, the same one that tried to kill dante w/lychee n rambutan (its teeth grew back somehow) he talks to it, asks for it to 'come back' and asked for a way to stop the storm whatever that means
there's the beating heart looking red sound 182 can hear, maybe it's from the center? he always seems to be aware of it, is it the same red glow that appears sometimes
ps judging by how big it looks and lychees map it looks like there could be more than 100k people (idk im really not good at estimates) so i wonder how they number them, like prisoner 123a, prisoner 123b, or just prisoner 123456

hmm my theory is that victor accidentally killed henry and is repressing his memory of it and that's why he rejects heart's love bc if he accepted that henry really did love him then A) he killed the one he loved and the one who loved him, and/or B) accepting that henry did love him but was a shitty bumass doodoo lover. and maybe that's why he drunkenly revived those 3 guys bc if he revived a "whole" henry then henry would remember what happened? bc theres no way cutting and stitching henry's body parts into/onto someone and then reviving them would be easier. well anyway that's just my 2 cents
and maybe possibly that's a part of why he likes head so much (other than the face and memories [well obv memories make up who you are so for me he's the 'most' henry]) bc it's easier to love a henry who (he believes) doesn't love him back rather than acknowledging that maybe henry did love him but also sucked idk
although it seems like victor has very low self-worth/self-esteem and never voiced his feelings so maybe henry was trying to make him jealous (seeing that one panel where v was watching henry with others and when he left it seemed like henry was looking at the door)
maybe i'm reading too much into it and victor just doesn't love heart bc he doesn't look like henry??

i just noticed that the secret organization are called links (or at least called that by the students) and they have like two intersecting squares on their masks... sorta like the link of a chain... idk if there's any correlation there but sunwoo does have his glowing red chains...
I never really noticed that but my guess was that link’s name and symbol both represent linking the other world and the current one (I forget names so idk if those are entirely correct) and the symbol was supposed to show the two worlds intersecting.

i think that shinagawa (the girl) might have started cutting deeper or bleeding more bc she feels like it's helping MC (she said smth along the lines of i don't want to see people grow weaker again), which combined with MC sleeping on tranqs ended up killing her.
in the end my theory on why MC gave his brother the blood was bc
1) he was always thinking abt how it's unfair that sai was the only one who didn't have the 'curse'/desire, and
2) so that sai would be unable to leave him/it would be harder for him to leave since he now also wants blood.
i'm guessing that MC dgaf abt cutting himself and since sai is already doing it for MC i'm sure MC could push him into taking his blood
i really wish we got to see what happened after but the author left it open on purpose i think.

maybe they'll streamline it by getting some blood drawing equipment so they don't have open wounds all over the place. would the taste of cold or congealed not be good for them? since MC was always eating sweets maybe they'll make food outta blood idk there's also things like blood sausage and ox blood soup that they could try making with their own blood
