honestly I understand the first queenâs feelings. she was brought up as the the mlâs fiancĂ© and sheâs known him longer. They having a loving relationship with each other as well. just imagine that youâre in a relationship with your husband but all of a sudden a mistress is taken into the relationship. I get that polygamy was common back in those days but it still hurts to see your lover love another. now imagine the mistress giving birth to a boy. Something you so dearly wished to do. Obviously you would feel threatened and scared too. So I get where the first queen is coming from. Itâs honestly quite sad because where the pace is going. Itâs likely that the first queen will be thrown away by the ml. The first queen gave her everything to him except for a child. I feel really bad for her. Yeah at this rate Ml is gonna end up with the second queen. Instead of her just blatantly getting thrown away though, I feel like her mental state is gradually going to worsen while the Ml gets closer to the second queen. Because of her deteriorating mental health, she'll become obsessed with the prince's blood line which will upset ML because he has a filthy blood line according to their society as well
She doesn't feel threatened or scared, she's a bigot racist that believes the king is tainted and she wanted to purify his descendants with her pureblood. Due to the decades of incest, she's having issues conceiving a healthy child.

The first point is invalid because what is the difference between Berta and the maids the 1st Queen shoved to the ML to be impregnated? Why she thinks maids are okay but Berta not okay? Ren, the redhead Duke will be the Ml. After theyâve spenders time together, he will ask Mc to become his duchess. She obviously says yes.
