People are really blowing the coloring out of proportion. I thought it would be some drastic change but it's just the character being in sunlight and having sex during the day. I went back to other chapters and the coloring does vary sometimes. He's still tan and so is the other guy.

I actually like the ending. It's a story between a mountain/wild entity and a human who is kindhearted and in need of love. Todd says so himself Dennis is the first one he's loved like this, first what human? victim? prey? The tragedy for me is that Todd might really have come to meet him at the tavern later on. Or he might not. He might just be a predator or he might have gotten attached.

Man the backstory is really breaking my heart. They love each other so much and I just know that fuckass king is gonna cause so much pain to both of them. Two abandoned children who grew up kind but strong and found love in each other despite being so different a god and a human. I feel so bad for their past selves.
