interesting concept, sloppy execution. the main character has no personality except for being a whiny pathetic little brat. I get her having to cope with certain things, but this was 33 chapters of me screaming “ girl stand the fuck up already”. it’s repetitive. both guys are the same sort of man in different fonts. zero actual chemistry. hopefully it gets better at some point but right now it’s just mid.
I’m so angry lol. first of all, the plot and world building was actually pretty interesting. the art was amazing and it’s such a shame that it had to get attached to a story that is 35 chapters full of RAPE.
Such a fucking clear problem with the author. You’re telling me this Psychopath draws the line at hitting women? Never attacks another man? Has every single woman fall in love with what he’s doing? This is clearly the work of a weird lonely man that has nothing better to do with his life. I saw someone comparing this to CNC and I think not enough people are acknowledging the first part of the acronym. CONSENSUAL.

1) maybe it’s my autism but the amount of times the whole “ yang” thing has been mentioned is pissing me off. like okay girl damn. we get it.

what the fuck. I feel so pissed off at the missed potential of this book. first of all. the smut and revenge plot had me hooked. nothing feels better than the sting of a good betrayal. but this book had MAJOR pacing issues. took 40 chapters for them to get married and then we end off on a “ I hope they’re happy” note. HUH??? so it’s just fuck an actual conclusion I guess.
I just feel like I go edged. if you wanna make him obsessed, go for it. if you wanna lean into the trapped replica shit, go for it. but don’t pussyfoot around ideas.. take your own advice and DIVE IN. go all out.
there’s way too many unanswered questions and I’d definitely warn anyone reading this that it’s not really satisfying to finish. justice for my time being wasted
I love this website but sometimes I struggle with feeling like the same story is being recycled non stop. tons of smut ( not that I mind) & no depth or plot. I’m glad I stumbled across this gem. perfect length, amazing story & perfect chemistry!!! so glad I read this (▰˘◡˘▰)
