this manhwa is genuinely such a sick, dark and twisted manhwa. the title summirizes the story perfectly. no reason. everything that happens to the mc happens for literally no reason at all, he didn't deserve any of this either despite being a gangster imo. i also see people complaining about the ending but in all honesty, that's probably the only part of this whole manhwa i like. i'm glad they didn't make it a 'happy' ending where the mc and ml live happily ever after and completely brush off all the horrible inhumane things the ml put mc through. the story instead ended in such a realistic tone bcs in reality the mc will never be happy, and the ml is not a good person. he has ruined the mc through and through, striped him from any dignity or self respect he has left, and has plunged mc into hell. the ml had no redemption arc, and there was no 'justification' of his actions, he's a horrible person and he stayed a horrible person to the end.
this was a twisted and dark story that genuinely had no plot, it was purely just rape and torture porn. the only thing i can appreciate is how the author didn't romanticize it by giving them a happy ending, the story remained dark and twisted, and tragically realistic.

the author is amazing. how they draw based on the characters perspective is also so amazing and detailed, i like how the npc's are drawn differently depending on who's POV we're seeing it from. the panels, dialogue and pacing is also amazing, even the use of difference camera prespectives are so cool, and the way the author utilizes text bubbles and white space is so cool wow im enamoured. not only is it so plot heavy, its drawn and arranged in such a tasteful and beautiful manner, UGH!! i cant get over how they utilize text bubbles and panels this is just amazing work.

guwon is a very interesting character. I see a lot of ppl try and group him as a green flag, or a red flag, but in all honesty he's like a gray area, much like how most ppl are in general. He's scary and concerning, he has a god complex defo, he thinks of others as pets?? but he also cares for teach and looks out for him? so we can't categorize him as a 'good' or 'bad' guy bcs he does both things almost equally? he kills and punishes ppl but thats bcs they broke the rules he established for their safe haven.
exactly, the guy does not have any sense of morality, therefore, there is no such thing as red or green flag for this type of "creature". some sort of misanthrope without any moral values and just justice/equality as its only principle.
i love yeomin... such a strong character with a backbone despite his kindness and appearance. He doenst let others walk all over him, and he's super aware of things regardless of how others percieve him. He's so smart and quick witted in my opinion. Such a hard working character too.... I love you yeomin... I hope ur dad dies soon can mr. yeon quickly get rid of him pls.... ALSO YEON TAESOO GET UR HEAD IN THE GAME AND START BEGGING AND CRYING
Yes, he really is the definition of don't judge the book by it's cover! He is all bubbly and kind, he readily gave his whole heart to an asshole like that, but he's actually well aware of his position and the set boundaries. And love that he does not get flustered and can tell people off when needed.
You know, I think he is also knowingly using this situation and Mr.Yeon to his advantage. He is using Mr.Yeon for his emotional needs and maybe that's why he is acting so in love with him - because when they're together, Yeomin can feel safe and forget his problems for a bit.
i find it really refreshing that won dae has a backbone and is able to stand up for himself and set boundaries during their first conflict, and even throughout this story won dae has never failed to communicate and fix misunderstandings quickly, like this manhwa does a good job with communication??? im so happy bcs THEYRE GENUINELYYY COMMUNICATING!! only issue i had a little?? was with the side couple but uhh yeah we dont talk abt that.... won dae and yoonwoo are amazing tho perks to yoonwoo for realising he's an asshole for what he did etc. and actually listening to woon dae? like esp when the first conflict happened i was so shocked to see he actually listened to woondae and didnt force himself on him, and gave him space and respected his boundaries!! bl manhwa standards are so bad that all these things shocked me LMAOOO wtf
