That’s definitely not the case, the overly grey skin, wounds, yellow scleras, and skin scratching is supposed to show an extreme illness that he has. He’s definitely not a black character lol and I think it’s pretty obvious. The doctor even talks about his illness needing extremely expensive treatment.
In this series was stablished that paired omegas have bad withdrawals symptoms when they try to “erase” or are away from their partner. Maybe his skin is part of that, omegaverses aren’t consistent with world building rules.
