I just realised I gave no specifics, basically I want childhood friends in school, with like a hint of angst and realising they like each other but not SAD like my cutie pie is

Only rated/tagged works are being recovered now. Lists data was lost after a disk crash, so they're trying to recover stuff through the rated/tagged receipts. Likely why they're not responding to emails rn and why site fixing is taking longer. They didn't expect to lose the lists data. A crash and list wipe like this has happened before (and managed to recover it), but I doubt they've ever lost the lists data before.
