First of all, I don’t want to deal with bot translation teams; they already fcked up the characterisation and will continue to do so. I have no means to keep up with them since they just upload crap at any given time and have no respect for good quality.
Second, I translate it into two languages, English and my native one. It was alright to have my own schedule on a certain other web site, but here, what’s the point if some pricks will just upload over you with their awful parody of translation?
I pray for someone to pick up the official and rid you of these. Even if the official cut down a lot, it’s still more serviceable than bot translation, and has an uncensored version.
Behind these mtl group uploaders are staff of these groups with the purpose of uploading shit tons mtl of manhwas over real translators in various sites so they could paywall the chapters. They r playing DUMB, directly dm them about it if you ever experience these shits in this site. Sometimes when you read something, you have this rage building up inside of you. What you want to have, is that rage being placated. In this case, where the MC is being heavily manipulated, you wish for a moment where she (or just a twist of fate) breaks the manipulator’s plans and does it successfully.
Unfortunately, that never happens here. MC is constantly dragged around without some sort of awareness. She continues ending up in compromising situations, being a pawn and a puppet. You wait for her to do something, to break the pattern, and yet…
It’s like the absence of a proper ML truly stings. Of someone who’d say, hey, you’re being manipulated. Of someone block who intentionally or unintentionally hints at the real happenings behind the scenes, and suddenly it’s not that infuriating to read.
And the comments just shoved me that I ain’t the only one feeling like it. I’d rather drop the series at this point.

But I think the main reason for his change was when he saw her crying in her sleep, asking him not to kill her - it reminded him of his own childhood, and how he lived in fear of being killed because his own dad was a scumbag. He really said ”she’s just like meeeeee! We both have daddy issues!
Yeah, No people forget he had no parental love to really go off of or even sibiling love, they were all trying to kill him. The only person he ever loved was his wife and he was still grieving over her, even drinking himself to sleep. I don't believe what he said about Phil living as a dead rat and dying quietly was right at all, but he has definitely shown over the years how much he cares and loves her, even now as she not showing that front she put as a child, he still treating her well. I would also like to believe that regardless if she changed her personality or not, he was gonna change how behaved toward her after seeing her be so fearful that he might kill her. Cause I think at the end of the day, he didn't actually hate her because he worried enough to go check on her that night because of Pollen's comments about her being sick. I think he was probably scared he'd be a bad Dad without his wife since he is known to be this cold and cruel guy.

It’s weird that they have chemistry outside of sex. The omega being snappy and annoyed and getting into the alpha’s face is cool, but all that goes out the window the moment they start having sex. Which somehow diminishes the story. Sure the kid tried to take control once but the author didn’t actually let him. And the rest is really just meaninglesssex. Chapter 20 is the worst offender. Nothing justified the sex scene there lasting the whole chapter, especially considering no new or interesting interactions were unlocked. And no offense to the artist, but they don’t nail the sex enough to enjoy it the whole chapter long.

Tbh very usual thing to happen in bl xd smexy scenes just going on for ages and it feels even longer when you wait weeks for new chapters and it takes a month for the plot to actually develop more, i feel like its less noticeable when there are already a lot more chapters out but thats just my take
