Woah lads, this season hasn't had a chibi cute moment so far it's intense. So Yeju's rut is depicted as something really terrifying and Moryeon is utter wrecked, he's scared but is trying to take care of Yeju, but Yeju is a beast who won't stop no matter how many times Moryeon says it's enough. He genuinely fucks the life out of him that Moryeon ends up bruised and passes out
Meanwhile the family is having a meeting regarding the business that got delayed because moryeon locked himself up with no word and due to him not doing his job the merchant ships are delayed due to budget and they're all very disappointed in him
It gets so messy between the brothers as we see as unstable their dynamic currently is, Cheol suggests delegating Moryeon's job to someone else, Ilchu volunteers Cheol and tries to say he will help him but Seobun cuts him off and says how about he do it, again trying to sabotage Cheol like episode 15 (seems like he especially resentful of him, most likely suspecting him of the murder of their second brother)
Surprisingly Cheol again takes it and just makes a stoic face, their father decides to wait and see and Ilchu was angry saying why is father defending Moryeon, to which Cheol says it's not out of affection but more because the structure of the business can't change in day, as they saw with delegating the second brother's work
Ilchu calms down a bit and says so father is still (what? mourning?) but Cheol interrupts asking how is the task he asked him to investigate going. Ilchu says it's under process and is taking a while.
There's currently a break and oh man, just when the plot got thick. I think it's them that were spying on Seobun's meeting with Yeju in episode 25, I thought it was Moryeon's men but with this drop of information from the two brothers that they're looking into something I think it's the plant.
Yeju comes to his senses after fucking the life out of Moryeon and sees him bruises and passed out and is horrified.
I mean, I'm kinda impressed Yeju managed to hold out for as long as he did. An Alpha locked in a room with an Omega in heat for DAYS and having sex with said Omega while also having absolutely no form of supressant... The rut being particularly brutal is honestly no shock given the conditions.
Also, Moryeon being wrecked also makes sense, he just got his first ever full on heat with no way of controlling it, Yeju said in chapter 33 that he was barely eating as well. He was basically waking up and having sex till he passed out *for days* and then when he starts to gain some concience again Yeju rut hits.
I enjoy Moryeon learning the consequences of his actions because it's so clear he never fully understood what being an alpha truly entails, he just thought of it as something to obtain to overturn his older brother's position and become the patriarch. He's learning what he wanted to pretend to be as is actually like and I like that he's horrified at first.
Oh absolutely. And I love that he is learning from Yeju because I swear to god he is the alpha with most self control I have ever seen in all my years reading ABO but also being with someone with that much self-control the moment he loses it will absolutely be terrifying. Σ( ￣□￣||)
Episode 32 is the season one finale, afterwards there's a cute special episode that I think all scan groups will skip, which is a shame cuz the chibi episodes not only has cute moments between our couple but the daily lives of the Ja brothers as it shows their sillier and more human side, essential for season 2
Episode 33 is the start of season 2 and oh boy, it gets STRESSFUL

No novel, I read the raws so I saw the special episode. Tho one thing the author did say on their official is that "the brothers seem close" regarding chapters 14-16
In the official translation the eldest brother Cheol sounds even more benevolent and tender to the 5th brother Ilchu. The way he guides him implying he doesn't even need permission, they way he speaks about Moryeon in a non malicious way but simply keeping an eye on him (and Seobun at that) I'm too hyper fixated in the brothers dynamic because reading between the lines and art and paneling it really seems like none of the brothers killed the second one. Now we know Yeju has knowledge due to being from the modern world, so whoever knows about the true poison could be another modern person
So episode 32 is the season one finale and they want to catch up to season 2 being released in Korea right now. However it seems all scan groups are going to skip the cute special episode which tbh is really essential in showing the daily lives of the Ja brothers which help build up anticipation to their roles in S2. Really cute episode with chibis
It was established in the first two chapters that Yeju is dominant in bed but seeing his intensity now that he and Moryeon are in love is another level. I suspect he's subconsciously marking him

Yeju goes on days trying to break Moryeon out of his heat which leads to him going into a rut and it's depicted as something really, really scary to face. He becomes aggressive and he doesn't seem to be aware at all, contrasting how Moryeon was utterly out of it when he was in heat. It's so stressful but tbh it's a necessary lesson for Moryeon to realize how bad of an idea he truly had. This is what he wanted to fake being as, an alpha, and he sees how scary a true alpha can be no matter how sweet and gentle Yeju is

What a unique take on going into heat in public it's genuinely terrifying for Moryeon who as Yeju said was sheltered and never got exposed to alpha pheromones intentionally (probs for the two older brothers and their father for being so respectful to their supposed beta family)
I am begging real fan translators to pick this series up as season 2 just started meanwhile AI scanning groups are holding the mediocre translations hostage behind a paywall for the entire 3 month hiatus time
Since the translation is off, I went to ridibooks where this is published and bought the two newest chapters for 600 won....google says that .41 cents USD and used google lens to translate it as I read in real time.
I translate them too myself but I do wish actual translators pick it up as we still miss context here and there and it would introduce more people to this story

People were too pearl clutchy about Lorenzo getting the upper hand for a while as if Uno wasn't planning something all along. Love me the power struggle and the cat and mouse chase with Lorenzo getting really into being played it's how he fell for Uno to begin with
