I dont understand why people are surprised with how Guwon acts? He's been like this from the beginning...
I guess because they (kind of myself included) were expecting him to be this way because he was influenced? I think? Liiiike he’s obviously not quite human… and is really naive to the ways of morality and ethics (and life T-T), so they may have expected it to be the hounds who were the blood thirsty killers that had convinced Guwon to also believe that was justifiable and okay to behave. Like with the trial situation.
Idk I still think that could be the case (which makes it far more interesting imo bc it kind of sets up the idea that Guwon can’t ever really change to some extent BECAUSE he cannot understand things the way a normal person would— and even if you explained it he probably would never truly get it) but I was expecting to see the hounds running around murdering people this chapter. Guwon was surprising, because that’s not the direction I thought it would pan out… not because I didn’t think he wasn’t capable of doing it.
If any of that made sense, you are amazing XD Thank you for reading
Tei's wish isn’t to go back to his homeland. He just said that he'd yearn for it as an excuse to not watch the competition so he can be IN it. He knew Shuraka wouldn't argue with it. Tei's emotionally stunted but he isn't dumb.
Tho I am disappointed that Shuraka didn't immediately clock Tei from his sideboob. I hope Nashid sticks around, he's fun! Maybe he and Tei can become friends since he doesn't best around the damn bush like everyone else in this manhwa
I feel like Tei is stuck in the past and Shuraka is moving ahead too quickly, so they just keep missing each other. Tei is having a hard time looking at Shuraka as an adult and keeps pushing is duty to the forefront while Shuraka won't pause for a moment to let Tei catch up with him and is being secretive.
Obviously, they need to talk and get to know each other, as they are now.
