Rec me bl’s that you’re deeply ashamed of reading and u secretly enjoyed it
Do you have a kink for shame , or what ??
Tempters is about that, and also this one is interesting too https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/salty_sweet/
I’m so desperate rn pls give me some unhinged/ toxic or even unhealthy tips to stop being sad and angry. Idc if it’s short lived
make sure to eat lots of meat with the juice so that the meat gets easily digested and then 2 hours later massage your scalp and move the scalp skin around your skull so you can stimulate the hair follicles and the timing is important because you'll get lots of nutrition from the meat, especially amino acids, which are the building blocks of hair so yeah, this way you can have better hair

Has anyone ever done emdr therapy? Could u pls tell me your experiences bc I’m gonna do it soon w my therapist and I’m so nervous and nauseous thinking abt it
I havent done emdr but i have had friends who have done it and found it really helpful. There is a miley cyrus interview where she discussed her experience with it.
I've done a different kind of trauma informed cbt called brain spotting which is similar. It can be heavy and intense but the important thing to remember is that your brain is only going to let you see and work on things that are within your capability. Meaning, of you have some unlocked trauma, no type of therapy (and for that matter, no therapist that does this kind of therapy) is going to push you beyond what you are able to handle.
So trust yourself and trust your therapist that this is all to work on and process things and your brain is not going to give you more than you can handle. Try to take on a positive mindset by intentionally thinking things like, this is going to help me learn about myself, this will be an opportunity to process some tough emotions, this is going to help me feel better about [thing].
Hope that helps and hope your experience is good! And hey, if it is really tough or scary and you dont like it, you DONT have to continue it! But it is worth trying to see if it works for you
