Hmm.....you might like "Dealock" then. It's not exactly similar but it has a similar feel to it. Be warned though, it's a rocky ride. It's not as sweet as My Life with you. It's pretty angsty with a RAPE tag. It gets much better from the 3rd part of the story. It has both manga+novel+drama cd. The manga is being scanlated. The novel translation is on hiatus. But, the drama cd is comoletely translated & available on net.
