It a yaoi. Doctor guy(A) goes to an old town mainly old people live there with an except few. GuyB was supposed to pick up Guy A but A got lost trying to get to the town by himself. GuyA is confused with GuyB giving people money when they were just being nice to him, the cause was his relatives used him for money. Eventually GuyA discovers that GuyB was in an accident that left him stuck in the car with his dead parents overnight. GuyA also had tramaic past, he blames himself for not stopping his friend from killing himself.

I need help. It was a yaoi and it involved a bar. The bar was run by man(actually a woman but dressed like a man) and she hired a guard for the shop. Not to protect consumers but to protect them from the bartender. The guard went went back to the shop because he forgot some when there he witnessed a threesome with the bartender. (Pass foreword) the guard wanted to treat the bartender nicely but he didn't want it. The bartender had a tragic past that involved he lover being murder and he witnessed it. But the accident mess with his head making him think the lover hate him and was going to break up with him(it complicated, sorry). (Pass foreword) eventually the guard and bartender live together but the guard know that because of the accident the bartender will hold he's hand over his nose to make sure he's still alive. So he promised himself to go to sleep after the bartender falls asleep but to wake up before the bartender.
