I want to see the ML abandoning his parents for life and not taking their calls so they can understand how it feels to be ignored from their child. The brother is also petty as hell, he better have a good reason for why he's always trying to take the parents attention away from the ML and not even considering what the ML (his little brother) likes. The brother probably feels like his life is unfair because he is sick so he tries to take revenge on his little brother who is perfectly healthy (and lonely from the lack of attention). The brother is very inconsiderate

This is so unsatisfying and bad. This fucking garbage of a seme! He didn't even apologize for raping the uke (I know saying sorry doesn't solve anything, but still!).
The uke just indirectly forgave him by saying, "While I won't ever forgive you, I'll always stay with you." The seme never had to emotionally suffer because the uke gave him what he wanted! I don't care how sad his life was! It doesn't give him the right to take revenge on the uke by raping him and confining him. He didn't even say sorry for anything, and he only stopped because the uke threatened to kill himself.

Also, why are they always talking with a straight face (especially the seme)? We at least see the uke show emotion by crying, but I can't see a hint of emotion on the seme's face. I read until the end hoping for a chasing arc by the seme. Forget about a chasing arc, I couldn't even see a hint of remorse from him for treating the uke like this.
Why isn't the uke's past shown in depth? Even though he is the MC of this manhwa, we see less of his past than we do of the seme's past. We only know what the seme knows.

And what is up with the teacher saying the uke has to take the punishment instead of the seme just because the uke helped him? Why don't we know anything about the teacher when the uke hates him so much? I don't think it's as simple as only whipping his legs as punishment. The teacher maintains a calm, smiling, or nonchalant expression, sitting back and reading a book while a child panics and begs in front of him. This cold, calculated demeanor signals a sadist who enjoys total control and psychological dominance over the kid. Once the teacher forced the uke to accept that his body existed solely to take on punishment and suffer for the sake of others, the MC learned to treat his physical self as objectified and disposable.

The seme constantly insults the uke by calling him a whore, but the uke didn't seem like a kid who would sell his body just to rebel against the adults in his house. He seemed to love the seme so much, so we don't even learn why he became so promiscuous. When his mother asks why he does this, he says, "Beautiful flowers naturally attract butterflies," meaning that a beautiful flower has no choice but to be approached by the butterflies. The uke comes accross as resigned and a passive victim of circumstances or attention when he says this. If he truly wanted to rebel, wouldn't he dismiss her question entirely and say it was none of her business?

We also barely get a satisfying resolution regarding the uke's family dynamic. Chapter 1 hints at why the uke's mother is so strict and hates His Majesty so much. She was clearly trying to protect her son from the uncle, who either harbors a creepy obsession or sees him as a high-potential political pawn to manipulate ("lovely to look at... a shame to stop here").
But why introduce such a dark, intriguing dynamic if the author was just going to gloss over it later? The narrative completely fails to explain the uncle's true motives! If he saw the uke as a valuable tool to groom, why did he ultimately choose to execute the entire family, including the uke himself? Was it out of paranoia over a potential rebellion, a bid to consolidate absolute power by erasing the entire bloodline, or simply to silence them before they could pose a threat? The story never bothers to answer this, nor does it bother to show the aftermath of what happens to the kingdom after His Majesty dies.

The whole manhwa is just sex after sex after sex. I was getting so tired while reading these scenes because I kept hoping for a chasing arc, and now I am so disappointed! Why add a plot if you are going to do such a half-baked job? It would have been better if this remained pure porn instead of adding all these inconsistencies. What a disappointing experience this was! I give this 1 out of 5 stars!

I just re-read the whole manhwa and I suddenly have a bad feeling. The cover is the funeral portrait of Woori. I previously thought that cover was just referencing his six other failed lives where he died... but what if it's a spoiler that he will die at the end of this manhwa? Now that Subin's life is finally fixed and everything is coming back into place, I don't think Woori will live for much longer. He also died in his past lives because Subin always murdered him, even though he had the ring that stole Subin's luck (the ring couldn't even save him back them). Now that he doesn't have the ring and Subin’s life is finally fixed, Woori's time feels dangerously borrowed.
The foreshadowing is everywhere. It feels like his entire purpose was just to fix everything for Subin and his sister... only to leave them behind once they're finally safe and happy ╥﹏╥

Can't believe my theory from 1 year ago [april 4, 2025] has been proven right.
After done stealing his luck their family moved away from that poor neighborhood and after transmigrating, his ring was already used so maybe that's the reason why in this life, he's not as lucky as his previous life. That is the reason why he kept on saying "This never happened to me before, I was always so lucky"

They're sooo freaking cute together! Their appearance really remind me of Soobin and Nam Woori which makes it all the more better

On the one hand, I like how realistic it is compared to other survival game manhwas (even the cult members holding them hostage aren't invulnerable and can die). On the other hand, I dislike how unsatisfying Moran's death was. Gunwoo deserves to die a worse death, along with Junmyung and the girl with glasses who poisoned Soorim's drink. The MC is too much of a coward, though I don't think he deserves to die (he does deserve some minor punishment, though). The gossip guy was wacky (like how he spread rumors about Soorim having no mother), so it's a good thing he died. I never disliked the MC's friend with glasses because he genuinely seemed to want to help people, but he lost my respect when he tried to untie Junmyung. I hate that so many spineless bystanders (who never had ill intentions towards Soorim) died so easily, and even the helpful dark-skinned guy who tried to save Isaac from bullying and gave the girl the coin died. The MC seemed like he always wanted to help Soorim, but he was always too late, and even when he made up his mind to include Soorim in his group, he hesitated and stopped. Ngl, he lost my respect too, but I still don't want him to die

The mother does seem like she cares about him because she seems to miss him, even though she doesn't directly say it. But instead of trying to understand him and being there for him when he was sick, she vents her own feelings toward him just so he knows how alone he made her feel. Her own feelings come first.
She doesn't care about the feelings of her son (who never had a normal life like other kids), so she guilt-trips him, saying, "You were always focused on just watching things... almost like you were in a completely different world. I was pretty lonely, you know." She wants to get close to him, but doesn't understand that her behavior toward him will only make him more detached from her. Was she ever a kind and caring figure toward her son? To the MC, she appears as a woman who never acted warmly toward him, even averting her eyes after seeing the injury on his chest.
Let's not ignore how she doesn't want to hear him talk and instead compares him to her friends' sons and daughters, saying, "I can't help but think having a stable office job is best, but you've never been the type to blend in with others. It's been the same since you were little," as if not being the same as them makes him inferior to others

Lookalike of Nam Woori and Shin Soobin. Not sure if the plot is good but I'll read this later to find out if it's good
